Meet bigTiny
I started to become serious about healthy habits after I was in a car accident about 13 years ago. The seat belt saved my life but it completely tore my abdominal wall open. The doctors said that my spine was the only thing holding me together. After surgery the recovery process took many months. I wasn’t able to do a sit-up, and simple things like walking were very difficult. Once I had recovered most of my previous health, I began to fall back into unhealthy habits. Eating junk food and not exercising. I realized that if I wanted to be around to see my kids grow up, I needed to change my lifestyle. I joined a gym and got a trainer. Together we were able to make significant progress in the recovery of my strength, but also in building good healthy habits that I can maintain the rest of my life. About a year ago I decided that I wanted to become a trainer and help others to acheive their fitness goals and develop good habits for themselves. That was the start of bigTiny Training.
